Skiing Fun in Allgäu

Hörnerbahn Cable Car in Bolsterlang

A classic winter sports area at an altitude of 900 up to 1,700 metres for skiers, snowboarders and ski tourers. Short waiting times with the 6-gondola cable car with 2 sections, the new 6-seater "Weiherkopfbahn" chair lift, a double chairlift and the new "Hörni-Tellerlift" button lift next to the village lift in the valley. 17 km of downhill runs with varying levels of difficulty await you here - from gently sloping to extremely steep. A free shuttle bus runs hourly to Ofterschwang, taking you quickly and conveniently to the skiing area on Ofterschwanger Horn 3 km away.

Ofterschwang-Gunzesried Cable Cars

From Ofterschwang (5 km away) and Gunzesried, modern gondola lifts and chairlifts will take you straight to a winter paradise at up to 1,400 metres: varied ski slopes, speedy toboggan runs and romantic winter walking trails offer winter fun for all the family! Modern snow-making equipment provides a snow guarantee and the best possible skiing conditions on 17.5 km of runs! And regional delicacies await you at the numerous mountain huts and restaurants. Incidentally, top skiers from around the world have honoured us with their presence eight times - most recently in March 2013.

Nebelhornbahn Cable Car in Oberstdorf

The highest situated skiing area in Allgäu has extremely reliable snow and also fast, efficient modern snow-making equipment. Winter sports enthusiasts and those on skiing holidays can enjoy guaranteed and unadulterated winter fun skiing and snowboarding up until the beginning of May - on 13 km of piste, including 7.5 kilometres of downhill runs with snow-making equipment. Incidentally, the large terrace is just perfect for sun worshipers. And the snow is certainly not old hat: the snow-making facilities were extend from the Höfatsblick station at 1,934 metres down into the valley only last winter.

Fellhorn/Kanzelwand Skiing Area

36 km of varied and excellently prepared piste, including 4.3 km and 5.7 km valley runs with snow-making equipment and mogul slopes, plus 14 fast and comfortable cable cars and lifts are available to skiers and snowboarders in the Fellhorn and Kanzelwand skiing areas. The German/Austrian skiing area at Fellhorn/Kanzelwand features mainly six-seater chairlifts. Below the middle station of the Fellhornbahn cable car kids can also make great leaps and bounds: in the 'Easypark' and 'Funslope' - a special fun zone for all kids and beginners. Crystal Ground, the snow park at the Kessler Lift next to the valley station of the Kanzelwandbahn cable car in Riezlern in the Kleinwalsertal valley, has snow-making equipment and lines for beginners and advanced snowboarders.
