Dear friends of the Rosenstock,
our hotel is open - including the complete wellness area!
The 2G-RULE currently applies in our hotel (vaccinated or recovered)
In Bavaria and in the Oberallgäu district, the "red" level was declared. The 2G-RULE must therefore be applied in hotels and restaurants: vaccinated or recovered
The following rules apply:
· Completely vaccinated people need the corresponding vaccination certificate (vaccination card - analogue or digital).
· Those who have recovered require a certificate of recovery.
Please note that mouth and nose protection (FFP2 mask) is mandatory during your time in our house! This does not apply in the wellness area or at your table in the restaurant. Thanks very much!
We expressly point out that we do not accept a medical certificate that exempts you from wearing mouth and nose protection!
We will adapt these measures to the current situation.
It is very important to us, despite all the measures and changes, to make your vacation and your Rosenstock time as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Please note our cancellation period of 7 days
(except for bookings on booking.com or HRS).
You can still reach us by phone from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at +49 (0)8326-36456-0 and at any time by e-mail: info@hotel-rosenstock.de
Until we meet again, we wish you all the best!
Your Karg family and all employees
"Favourite Place"- Anja Karg's Tip
My personal favourite is a trip to "Sonna-Alp". Park at Hirschegg behind the 'Walserhaus' and go up in the Hebergbahn 2-seater chair lift. After about 40 minutes on the middle-level hiking trail you reach "Sonna-Alp", where stopping for refreshments is a must. My recommendation: Kaiserschmarn or speciality strudel. The panoramic terrace is fantastic in summer, as is the view into the Wildental valley in winter. In winter, take the Zaferna chair lift back down the valley. From there via Mittelberg on foot back to the valley bottom in 40 minutes. If you wish, you can also return by local bus (every 10 minutes). In summer the return route to the car park through flower meadows, passing cows, is highly recommended.
"Favourite Place"- Stefan Karg's Tip
As an enthusiastic golfer, I have been a member of Oberdorf Golf Club for about 15 years. My personal tip: the full beauty of Germany's most southerly golf club reveals itself after 5.00pm. Generally I play alone then, completing my 9 holes. The views of the mountains at this late time of day are just magnificent and these two hours allow you to press the 'reset': I can also round off the working day perfectly in the company of another club member.
Incidentally, those not playing golf can enjoy a refreshment break at Cafe "Gebroibe" - also recommended when returning from walking in the Trettachtal valley.
